Pam Bartlett has over 25 years experience as an executive coach, consultant, and corporate trainer. She is a Principal and Senior Partner with Avatar Resources, Inc. Avatar Resources is an international management development and leadership-consulting firm headquartered near Seattle.
Pam is a recognized expert in the development and use of communication strategies and relationship dynamics that further productivity, performance, and satisfaction in the work environment. Her work focuses on the influence of these areas on high performance teams and their leaders. She holds a Masters degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Washington and she has developed numerous programs and resources for clients worldwide. Additionally, she is certified as an executive and organizational coach by the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, is certified as a somatic coach by the Strozzi Institute, and is a long time member of the International Coach Federation.
Pam has been a Featured Speaker at the Junior Chamber of Commerce World Congresses in Seoul, Honolulu, Manila, Cannes, Sapporo, and Copenhagen. She is recognized as being instrumental in the successful establishment of one of the Northwest’s most successful transportation companies and has worked worldwide with a number of Fortune 500 clients. Over the past two decades, she has developed programs that are recognized by participants and client firms for their impact and immediate usability. Some of these programs include Honesty in the Workplace, Ideals in Motion, Performance Coaching for Results, The Truth About Fear, Leadership Coaching From the Inside Out, Authentic Leadership and Fierce Coaching.
With an additional focus on the unique challenges women executives face in the workplace, Pam has designed and delivered executive leadership retreats and personal development programs for women clients around the world. Her new book, Women Connected: A Session by Session Coaching Guide for Women’s Groups will be published January 2007.
Pam lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and delights in the joys of being with her family. She is a strong believer in the necessity of life-long learning and is passionate about creating environments of safety and trust, where clients are encouraged to explore new possibilities and create deep satisfaction in their lives.
